Welsh High School (Welsh, LA) OL Hagun Bryant is the 17th commitment to play in the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game, which will be played at Louisiana Christian University in Pineville, Louisiana on Wednesday, December 30th.
“It really means a lot because after this, I am done, but I get another chance to be with Jordan and just getting my name out there and let all the people see what I can do and play my game.”

As Bryant said, he also joins his teammate Jordan Strong, who has also committed to play in the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game. Like Strong, Bryant is also a great veteran two-way player for the Greyhounds playing both on the offensive line and defensive line. The 5’11, 255-pound prospect has proven himself on the football field for head coach Ronnie Courville as he has been named both an All-District and All-Parish selection in his career.
“Hagun is a four year starter for us. He is a really intense player and gives us that edge. You got to have those guys that get you that edge and bring that intensity. He does a really good job of that.”

If you watch the film, you will see how aggressive Bryant is on the football field as he has a powerful first step and is looking to pancake defenders right off the snap. He is nasty and does a great job of finishing blocks and watch out if you are in his way, especially if he is pulling.
Along with being an intense player on the field, Bryant is a great student on the field as a scholar athlete. With a 3.7 GPA, Bryant also has the grades of what it takes to play at the college level. While he is still searching for his first scholarship offer, he is hoping that the rest of his senior film and a performance in the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game gets him an opportunity to receive more chances to play at the next level. For now, his focus is just going out there and playing football.
