DITR: Tight End, Nolan Williams, Jena High School, (Jena, LA)

Nolan Williams is a Class of 2027 tight end who brings a strong, next-play mentality to the field. At 6’0″ and 225 pounds, Nolan uses his size and physicality to make an impact on both sides of the ball. What separates him from other players is his ability to stay focused regardless of what happens during a game. Whether a play goes well or not, Nolan believes in leaving it behind and immediately focusing on the next opportunity.

One of Nolan’s most memorable moments came in the playoffs against Saint Helena, when he made a crucial pass deflection on fourth down. The play helped make a key defensive stop in a high-pressure moment and stands out as one of his favorite accomplishments on the field.

With a strong work ethic, physical presence, and a mindset centered on moving forward, Nolan continues to develop his game as he works toward the 2027 season.

What truly sets Nolan apart is not just what he brings to the football field, but the character he carries with him away from it. Nolan is a great kid with a genuine heart who treats people with respect, works hard, and cares about those around him. His character shows in the way he handles challenges, supports his teammates, and stays humble through both successes and setbacks. Those same qualities translate directly to football; his maturity, selflessness, and ability to keep moving forward after every play make him someone his teammates and coaches can count on. Nolan understands that being a great football player starts with being a great person, and his character is a big part of what makes him special.
