A Louisiana Rising Star
Carson Gurzi has developed into one of Louisiana’s promising Class of 2028 quarterbacks. The Carencro signal caller combines a strong arm with the ability to create outside the pocket, make off-platform throws and challenge defenses as a runner.
His development was visible early. At Youngsville Middle School, Gurzi completed 72 of 85 passes for 1,119 yards and 15 touchdowns, then helped lead Team East to a 24–14 victory in the Gridiron Football Junior High All-American Bowl.
